Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI and Cayman Islands legal advice to Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited in connection with its entire issued share capital listing, by way of introduction on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1997). The transaction was valued at US$19.5 billion.
